The experience I had on 11/11/11 with my skull crashing into the pavement convinced me entirely of how important it is to be fully charged.  

It was a beautiful, extraordinary day on the morning of November 11th in the Greater Toronto Area. I was taking my black Labrador, Shadow, out for a run. I was riding my bicycle, and he was running beside me as I was holding the leash. It was always fun, easy to do, and great exercise for both of us as we went through the neighbourhood.

It was about 7:30 am, as we were rounding the bend for the last hundred meters, and there was another little dog with his owner.  Shadow never was distracted, until that day.  

He dashed in front of my bike with me holding the leash.  I was yanked forward, and my skull crashed onto the pavement as I was without a bike helmet.  Thankfully, I was so full of power due to the weekend conference, and the two introductions to the healing streams that week.
